Daniella Brown launched her catering business during her college years, initially selling individual plates and eventually expanding to a full catering menu. MH Catering is deeply rooted in her family heritage, with influences from her Puerto Rican grandmother and Cuban grandfather. Growing up, Daniella was inspired by the culinary traditions passed down through generations, leading to a unique blend of Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Black cuisine. This rich family legacy motivated her to pursue a formal education in culinary arts, culminating in a degree from Johnson & Wales University.
